Service Leader for Supported Living

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Hartsbrook House. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, including an additional £50 per sleep-in shift, paid on top of your basic pay. You will be required to work 5 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, as part of the on-call rota. Responsibilities:
This role involves rotas and shift management, staff supervision and training, supporting the development of individualized care plans, maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.
