**About Our Client**:
Our client is an international charity based in London looking to grow their grants team within the finance team.
- Manage and coordinate grant funding processes.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to donors.
- Track expenditure and ensure all costs are within the grant budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis to monitor performance.
- Collaborate with the program team to prepare budgets for new grant proposals.
- Ensure compliance with grant policies and guidelines.
- Provide financial advice to project managers and colleagues.
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Grants Finance Coordinator should have:
- A solid background in finance or accounting.
- Knowledge of grant management and budgeting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Tables and V-loop ups).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ideally French speaking.
