**The role**

We need your eye for detail, passion and enthusiasm to join our studio team. You will be responsible for all things sample related throughout our shoot process from beginning to end. Organisation is a must as you will be the first point of contact for all our studio product, working closely with the Buying team to ensure every product is prepped and ready to shoot

Supporting the Stylists with prep for all ecommerce shoots and across creative shoots when required, you will need to be proactive and work well in a fast-paced studio environment. Managing samples across all areas of the studio, flagging issues and dealing with any product related queries quickly and efficiently to support the team with company targets.

This role would ideally suit someone who is keen to progress into a styling or shoot co - ordination role.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Accurately logging all samples in our database.
- Organisation and handling of clothing, footwear and accessory samples.
- Building strong relationships with Buying Teams.
- Assisting photographers, stylists and video producers. (no prior knowledge necessary)
- Supporting Stylists in steaming/preparing all samples to be shot when required.
- Prepping the samples for the correct set type.
- Organising the return of samples post shoot.
- Supporting Retouch with adhoc image queries.
- Supporting the Production team with day to day shoots.
- Responsible for stock management and monthly volume updates.
- Assisting on ad hoc jobs when required.

General tidying in the studio.

**More about you**
- Some experience in a Retail/ Fashion/ Studio environment beneficial
- Able to communicate well with stakeholders across Buying, Marketing & Studio
- Passionate about Fashion & Retail
- Commercial & Creative mind-set and able to voice ideas and opinion Highly organised and proactive
