If so, then you could be perfect for my client - The UK's leading events company for the construction and property industry.
**The Role**:
As the Sales Director you will look after a growing sales team of five sales account managers, and you will help them develop and manage the lead generation process to create enough leads to meet targets.
The ideal person for the Sales Director role will need a strong background in B2B background.
**INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.** IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT THEY RECRUIT SOMEONE WHO CAN SET UP AND IMPROVE THE SALES TEAM (OF WHICH THERE ARE ALREADY 5) WHO ARE PERFORMING WELL.
YOU WILL NEED EXPERIENCE OF SETTING UP PROCESSES, DEALING WITH LEAD ACQUISITION AND MANAGING THE SALES PROCESS TO ENSURE THERE ARE ENOUGH QUALIFIED LEADS COMING THROUGH FOR YOUR TEAM TO HIT THEIR TARGTS. THE ROLE WILL ALSO BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE SALESTEAM TO HELP GROW AND DEVELOP CLIENT NUMBERS

**The Package**:
The basic salary for the Sales Director role is up to £100k depending on experience and there will also be the opportunity for you to earn an annual bonus and be a part of an EMI share scheme.
