Our client is part of the fastest growing, and most successful largest digital integrated-service Groups, within the UK. This role is to join their award winning Paid Media agency. Passionate about creating amazing campaigns through delivering cutting edge digital strategy, they are experts in all things Paid. You will have the chance to work with some high profile brands, and really be instrumental in shaping the future Sales Operations of this business. **Main Duties as Sales Director will include**:

- Handle pre-qualified leads working with the BD team
- Lead the sales team, recruitment, performance management and development
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings.
- Answer client queries and provide relevant information to maximise sales potential.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company processes
- Stay up to date with industry and company trends and developments.
- Attend regular networking events, actively engage in the industry, and meet with technology partners.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- Grow and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
- Have strong senior level Sales Director experience
- Passionate about digital marketing and an understanding of paid media
- Have an excellent and demonstrable sales record, dealing with blue chip clients would be a distinct advantage
- Be commercially aware with an ability to maximize opportunities.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will be articulate with a high standard of written English and presentation skills.
- Have an ability to manage workload and priorities.
- Be motivational and inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm.
- Be polished, professional and sophisticated.
- Have the maturity and gravitas to deal with and influence senior decision makers.

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
