**Position: Director of Sales**
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to boost revenue in key regions.
- Build and maintain relations with agents, affiliates, educational institutions, and governmental bodies.
- Work closely with international teams to enhance digital and social media presence tailored to regional preferences.
- Represent inlingua Leeds at industry events and exhibitions to promote and sell our language courses.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide strategic insights for adjustments.
- Compile detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for the Director's review.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Proven track record in sales growth and account management in the education sector, particularly within the designated regions.
- Proficiency in analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory to cultivate client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Outstanding communication skills with strengths in presenting proposals and ideas persuasively.
Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
