**Job Description**:
We are a burgeoning startup dedicated to streamlining AI integration, particularly LLMs, into software, aiming to enhance speed, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness. Our ground-breaking platform, slated for launch by the end of March, empowers SaaS companies to seamlessly incorporate LLM AI into their software, slashing integration costs and time by up to 70%. Supported by a mid-sized corporate entity and ample funding, we're on the lookout for individuals driven to foster growth in a dynamic startup setting, possessing a proven track record in building and expanding AI or SaaS ventures.

Role:
We are seeking a Sales Director with a unique fusion of expertise in AI or SaaS B2B sales and a successful history of navigating startup growth challenges. As the Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, forging strategic alliances, and driving revenue growth. You'll provide valuable insights on product enhancements and features to the technical team while reporting directly to the Group's Managing Director on a weekly basis. Your experience in establishing AI or SaaS enterprises from the ground up will be key in propelling us to new heights. As the company progresses, there will be opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Experience and Skills:
Sales Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and execute a potent sales strategy in line with the startup's growth objectives.
- Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and adaptability.

Startup Scaling:

- Utilize your expertise in scaling AI or SaaS startups to drive rapid, sustainable growth.
- Identify fresh market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead initiatives to expand our footprint.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and positioning us as the preferred solution.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to grasp customer requirements thoroughly and effectively communicate the value proposition.

Agile Sales Approach:

- Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, adapting sales strategies to evolving market conditions and startup priorities.
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation and learning within the sales team to optimize processes and yield results.

Qualifications and Training:

- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Director in a startup environment, with a focus on AI or SaaS.
- Track record of successfully establishing and expanding AI or SaaS enterprises from scratch.
- Profound understanding of AI or SaaS business models, coupled with a fervent passion for innovation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
