We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Office Admin Assistant** to join our team here at Medisec Ambulance Service Ltd Head Office in Southampton

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional telephone manner
- Good customer service skills
- Must have a positive/can-do attitude
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have good computer skills - Microsoft Excel essential
- Must be willing to learn new skills
- Flexible approach during busy periods and holidays
- Accuracy, adaptability and prioritisation

**Duties will Include (but not limited to)**:

- Answering calls and making bookings
- Copying and scanning of important business documents
- Looking after team Compliance
- Recruitment

**Experience Required**:

- Office Admin: 1 year (preferred)
