**OUR PURPOSE**

To prolong the life cycle of all handbags lovingly and expertly. In doing so, we nurture sustainability, whilst proudly acting as a gatekeeper and guard on the luxury handbag market.

We buy, sell, and restore designer handbags, restoring over 700 bags each month including some of the most expensive handbags in the world, alongside buying and selling over £6M of designer handbags across our stores and eCommerce website since launching the service in 2016.

**WHY WE DO IT**

It’s no secret that the fashion industry has a sustainability problem. Opting for quality, buying for long-term, and investing wisely has never been so crucial.

We’ve always believed in seeking out quality and investing in pieces that can last a lifetime. And, as master restorers and handbag experts, we’re able to prolong the life cycle of handbags and preserve iconic styles for generations to come. In doing so, we’re able to reduce the amount of waste that ultimately ends up in landfill, building handbags back to their former glory so they can be admired and used again, and again, and again.

**JOB ROLE**

This position will focus on the brand image, creating unique, exciting and engaging content. The main objective of the role is to grow our established TikTok account, creating content to be pushed daily to our current and new audiences.

Working along side our wider marketing team the successful applicant will also work to support all marketing activities and campaigns. Having direct input into the way our fully circular brand is represented across marketing channels.

This role will work across all strands of the company from Artisans in the Clinic itself, to our expert authentication teams and retail teams and although predominantly based in Newcastle, may involve travel to our regional stores, events and new launches.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Represent the brand in line with the brand values
- Creating daily TikTok and Video Content
- Monitoring engagment and social media metrics
- Support on marketing campaigns
- Support marketing team across all social platforms
- Provide excellent customer service on social media channels
- Engage with influencers, celebrities and key brands
- Engage with our audiences via social media

**REQUIREMENTS**
