**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain all social media profiles, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Proactively create timely content to capitalise on trends and popular challenges.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand engagement and effectiveness.
- Create attention-grabbing captions, compelling posts, outstanding photographs, and engaging videos that align with our brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and promptly jump on relevant opportunities.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and drive user engagement.
- Regularly update the website with menu changes and other simple updates.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns and manage paid promotions.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the success of content and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries across all social media platforms to maintain positive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the face and voice of our restaurant group on social media, embodying our brand's personality and values in all interactions.
- Engage with followers, initiating conversations, and fostering a sense of community on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns or issues raised through social media channels.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to showcase positive customer experiences and user-generated content.
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying updated on the latest news, events, and promotions within the restaurant group and effectively communicate them to the social media audience.
- Work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying new opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience of managing social media platforms.
- Proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps and in app editing (Instagram story creation, TikTok editing etc.)
- Proven track record in creating engaging content that drives user interaction and brand awareness.
- Proficiency in capturing high-quality photographs and creating compelling videos.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and platforms simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media advertising and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
