**Repairs and Maintenance Operative**

**£29,182 pa + £1,800 pa essential car user allowance**

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a **Repairs & Maintenance Operative** to join our dedicated Commercial Services Team, working across our Chertsey and Kingston sites. You will provide a comprehensive and professional repairs and maintenance service in line with our service standards framework and contractual obligations. You’ll also ensure onsite repairs and maintenance services are in line with relevant health & safety policies, regulations and legislations. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own stock, in addition, supervising works done by third party contractors. This role will also require you to work on an on-call rota which offers a cash-based allowance.

**What you’ll need**
- A working knowledge of fire, health and safety regulations in a residential setting.
- Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating skills within a residential setting.
- A working knowledge of using IT systems used such as Microsoft Outlook.
- Effective communication skills and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
