HR and Payroll Administrator

**Background**:
Clyde Munro is Scotland’s Leading Dental Group. We are looking to recruit a HR and Payroll Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the business and shape the future of the group.
You will play an integral part in the HR department to help deliver the people strategy and support the Regional HR Managers across the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and looking to develop their HR experience in a fast-paced environment. You will provide full HR admin support on all aspects of recruitment, employee engagement, payroll and employee relations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all HR queries professionally and promptly.
- Provide employees with information regarding Company policies, procedures and benefits and ensure that associated information and documentation is up-to-date.
- Set up and maintain employee personnel files and ensure that all paperwork is updated and filed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Regional HR Managers to create offer letters and contracts for new employees and ensure that they are kept informed at all stages in the selection process and that their employee experience is positive.
- Set up and maintain HR data accurately and update HR systems (PeopleLog) in accordance with deadlines.
- Proactively support and manage absence, including holiday and sickness, across the group to ensure accurate salary deductions are processed, records maintained, and resource plans reviewed.
- Manage the payroll process to ensure all our employees are paid accurately and on time in line with all deadlines and requirements.
- Collate the information for the monthly HR KPI’s.
- Manage queries from employees relating to pay to resolve issues and provide clarification.
- Manage starter and leaver process on all systems across the group.
- Support the Regional HR Managers in ensuring that employees have access to necessary training courses required.
- Promote a positive employee relations culture with the Regional HR Managers.
- Support the Regional HR Managers with admin requests.

- Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise own task and deliver to deadlines to meet performance criteria.
- Enthusiastic and continuous improvement mindset.
- Working with honesty and high integrity with the ability to cope with various projects and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation.
- Is discreet and understands the importance of confidentiality in HR.
