David Duggleby Auctioneers & Valuers are looking for a full-time Senior Administrator to join the team at our Head Office in Scarborough.

A professional and effective administrator that can co-ordinate office processes to maximize customer experience. Working alongside senior management to ensure processes and procedures are carried out effectively.

**Key Tasks**:

- Co-ordinating and ensuring effective customer contact procedures.
- Assisting buyers and sellers throughout the auction process.
- Ensure response times are minimized and the highest level of customer service is maintained across all communication platforms.
- Diary planning and scheduling.
- Working with directors and senior management to deliver effective administrative practices and procedures, including developing and updating processes when required.

**Person Specification**:

- Good literacy & numeracy skills.
- Excellent communicator with a good telephone manner.
- Good IT & Keyboard skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience in building and maintaining office procedures.
- Able to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Pro-active and able to work off own initiative.
- A team player.

Previous experience in similar role will be essential.

Experience working in the auction sector or an interest in arts/antiques is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
- Occasional Saturdays required.
