Working with equipment suppliers throughout the UK, Funding 4 Education helps over 5,000 schools across the country acquire equipment through our flexible & innovative leasing programs. We’re not a traditional finance company. We do things differently and work closely with our schools so we fully understand their needs. We then design a bespoke package which fulfils their requirements. Our business is all about building long term relationships based on trust and integrity.

- Minimum of 3 years’ customer service, cross-selling or upselling experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ telephony experience and enjoy having telephone conversations
- Minimum grade C or equivalent in English and Maths

**Your responsibilities**

No two days are the same and the variety of people and solutions you’ll come across will definitely keep you on your toes. Here’s an idea of what your daily duties will include:

- Taking and making calls to schools and assisting them with any queries relating to their lease agreement
- Develop ongoing relationships with schools to ensure they always come back to you for anything they need
- Work with suppliers to source solutions your clients may want to lease
- Understand the upgrade process and be able hold the school’s hand to upgrade to new equipment
- Accurately create new proposals and documents to send to your clients
- Complete the settlements process where schools don’t want to upgrade their equipment with client retention being the overall objective
- Raise awareness of our services when developing relationships with schools
- Identify and generate opportunities where we could do business
- Assist in the collection of payments that fall into arrears whilst working with the team to achieve weekly targets
- Keep records fully up to date and produce customer reports when required
- Any other duties considered as reasonable by management

**Other Information**
- Term time only role - get all of the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays off
- 15 days’ holiday - to use for half term holidays or any other time
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- No weekends or bank holidays
- Salary displayed has been prorated to reflect term-time only

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
