Employing 6,000 people within the UK & Ireland, we are the prominent supplier of new trains and train services, and a leading signalling and rail infrastructure provider. Alstom have built, or are building, just under 40% of the UK mainline train fleet, as well as the entire fleets in service with London Underground and Dublin Luas.

**Purpose of the job**:
The Service Training Engineer will be main interlocutor with the ISR Project manager and manage directly Training team engaged in the production of the training deliverables.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Preparation of the training management Plan
- Management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up)
- Training Evaluation.
- Manage delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management PLAN and QCD.
- Preparation of Training Material.
- Responsible for the training team involved in the design of training Materials.
- Logistic organization and requirement for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment)
- Coordinate with other Métier or Function for the design of training Materials (mainly ISR documentation team)
- Manage coordination with Service Platform to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice (REF LIB)
- Responsible for training evaluation and capitalize REX.

**Generic**
- Promote usage of standard Training practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
- Capitalize data and best practice to improve QCD on future project.
- Promote innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / e-Leaning / Virtual reality)

**Performance measurements**:

- Quality of Training deliverable during tender and project phase.
- KPI (Control of QCD target, Customer satisfaction)
