- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to create and update documents
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
