**HR Systems & Reporting Analyst - Leading Real Estate Business**
**Permanent / City of London / Hybrid**
**We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Real Estate & Property Services organisations. They specialise in helping their clients discover opportunities whilst delivering sustainable real estate solutions for long term performance and value.**
**What you’ll be doing**:
**As HR Systems & Reporting Analyst you’ll responsible for the production and delivery of management information and reporting from all HR systems and the management (maintenance and development) of the HR database.**
**Are you excited by the prospect of working with multiple, senior stakeholders whilst improving levels of communication, data quality and implementing process improvements?**
**What we need you to bring to the business**:
- **Previous HR experience working within fast paced environments containing multiple systems and data touch points**:
- **Expertise in cleansing data and creating dashboards for ExCo consumption including the provision of insightful commentary**:
- **A passion for process improvement and advanced Excel skills**:
- **The ability to proactively solve problems and provide innovative solutions - implementing new systems and making enhancements where required**:
- **Experience of supporting strategic HR projects and a desire to provide accurate management information**:
- **Appreciate ambiguity and constantly changing priorities**:
- **Educated to degree level**
