**Reed HR are supporting a Global business in the heart of London.**
As the HR Analyst, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of all management information and reporting from all HR systems and the management (maintenance and development) of the HR database
- Provision of accurate management information - e.g. headcount, turnover, employee absence, etc as part of the regular reporting cycle and on an ad-hoc basis as required.
- Proactively identify issues with HR data management and propose innovative solutions.
- Build on and enhance Peoplenet (ADP HR.Net), the company’s HR system with particular emphasis developing the service enhancements of the system and increasing the user knowledge within the HR team.
- Work closely, as required, with IT Software Development team on any Peoplenet development projects that require the involvement of ADP software developers. This will range from scoping and documentation of requirements and involvement in testing and livedeployment.
- Train and support the super users of Peoplenet within HR and provide education to employees as required.
- Drive the ongoing implementation, development and use of Peoplenet and all other HR systems
- Support the review, design and implementation of fit for purpose HR procedures, controls and processes
- Contribute to the HR team objectives.
- Support HR projects, leading, managing and implementing where appropriate.
- Support the maintenance of accurate employee data to facilitate the production of accurate and timely information and reports as required.
- Regularly check, cleanse and audit Peoplenet employee data.
