Our client is an international bank looking for a HR Administrator to join their team. The HR Administrator will look after the processes and transactions that support the delivery of HR’s services to employees, managers and the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completion of processes, procedures and transactions as per procedures and systems workflow
- Undertaking appropriate controls to ensure the quality and accuracy of the transaction
- Scanning and filing documents appropriately
- Responding accurately and in a timely manner to employee and managers requests and queries
- Supporting projects to continually improve the service
- Supporting other adhoc HR projects

**Essential Criteria**:

- Degree level education or equivalent professional qualifications is desirable
- Experience and knowledge in a HR Administration role
- Experience working with HR systems
- Strong customer services focus
- Strong interpersonal empathetic and listening skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and managers
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in working with people from different countries and cultures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
