**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a Customer Service Executive specialising in escalations to join our enthusiastic team. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to resolving complex customer issues, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of the My Babiie brand. It's a chance to make a significant impact on our customer experience, upholding our standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle retail & customer service escalations, offering solutions that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Analyse trends in customer service issues to prevent future escalations.
- Liaise with retail partners and manage enquiries, maintaining strong professional relationships.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record in handling escalations.
- Exceptional telephone and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and patterns in customer service.
- Proficiency in using Freshdesk or similar customer service software.
