Customer Service and Administration Apprentice

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Admin Apprentice. As a Customer and Admin Apprentice for Course Accreditation you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Proactively contact new and existing clients to promote and increase awareness of our portfolio
- Perform other related duties appropriate to your post as require
- To ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided.
- Note taking/minutes to meetings.
- Maintain general filing systems.
- Word Processing duties as required.
**Skills**:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
