**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of an experienced mentor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs and maintenance service, whilst working to achieve a number of skills and qualifications.

You will assist the void admin team, shadowing in order to successfully learn the role. You will be required to listen, observe and participate in a range of tasks which will enable you gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users
- Logging and investigating repairs.
- Completing assignments - apprenticeship. (2 hours a day provided towards working on assignments)
- These assignments will be customer service based and will often where possible relate to the work they are currently doing within their job role.

**Role Criteria**:

- Functional skills in both Math’s and English
- The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
- Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
