Your role will be central to the business, helping to provide day-to-day administration services to our Delivery and Account Management teams, to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you’ll also work closely with our Project Support Office (PSO), Delivery and Account Management teams, so the role is a great opportunity for someone with aspirations to start or redirect their career in a PM or Account Management role.
The role is available as either a full time or part-time position. Hybrid working options are available, however you must be able to travel to our Chalgrove office at least one day per week (Wednesdays).

**Responsibilities**
- Complete general business administration services, including assisting with the preparation of key business reports (including KPIs, Non-Billable Checks, Invoicing Reports), data entry, documentation and processes.
- Office administration, including stationery management, filing, organising meeting/events and travel arrangements and other duties as required.
- Assisting project managers with project administration duties (e.g. timesheet checks).
- Management of the delivery of client work packages.
- Management of internal business projects, delivering change to the business.
- Maintaining excellent customer service through all contact with internal and external clients.
- Carry out any other duties are required by the Delivery, PSO and Account Management functions.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in administration or an office environment is advantageous.
- **Organisation**: Excellent time management, attention to detail and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task are needed. You will be expected to work pro-actively so self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative is important. You will also need problem-solving skills and the ability to improve our administrative processes.
- **Flexibility**: The tasks required are likely to be very varied and we are looking for someone we can rely on to help out as required to make a positive difference to the company. The ability to successfully prioritise is also important.
- **Learning Aptitude**: We work with many different software systems, so along with good IT literacy (including Outlook, Word and Excel) a willingness and desire to learn is essential.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop professional customer relationships. You will assist many of the other teams in the business, so a friendly and approachable manner as well as team-working skills are important.
