We are currently looking for a UPE Business Systems Support Officer to join our busy team

The role of Business Systems Support Officer is to undertake support for the Navitas bespoke student management system (Navigate), our third-party Admissions system Study Link as well as our in-house student portal Axis. As well as have a working understandingon our learning management system (Moodle) along with surrounding technologies within the region.
- We are committed to flexible working and can offer home-working or a hybrid working pattern.There may be a need for occasional travel within the UK._

**Salary Range**: £27,000 - £31,000

**UPE Business Systems Support Officer Duties**:

- You will take primary responsibility for providing quality support to existing production sites, whilst assisting the implementation team with roll outs to further colleges for our main system Navigate.
- First-and-foremost provide quality customer service and will handle incoming support requests via the Service Desk.
- Support requests may require troubleshooting or escalation, but the role will own and maintain the relationship with the customer throughout to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Through this role there will also be a need for training our customers either face to face or via Zoom/Teams on our systems.

**UPE Business Systems Support Officer Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and other members of IT
- Ability to assess reported incidents and either provide a resolution or track them through to successful solution by escalating to the appropriate resource
- Ability to work as part of a global IT team, with outstanding communication skills
- Ability to travel when required

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the education sector
- Student Management System exposure
- Familiar with modern Learning and Teaching administration processes, e.g. timetabling
