Office based role
Location: Bush Hill Park, Enfield, London
**Salary**: Up to £22,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Main part of the role is working with clients to gather and process their information, HMRC registrations, Companies House registrations and a small part of the role is reception and payroll duties.
Responsibilities are including but not limited to the below;
- Requesting, processing and maintenance of client information
- Onboarding clients onto our systems and chasing for any missing information
- HMRC and Companies House correspondences including registrations
- Dealing with client and third-party correspondences and queries
- Managing client appointments and greeting clients who attend our offices
- Monthly payroll and pension declarations
- Other ad hoc and general office duties
- Experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in Turkish language: speaking and writing
- Fluent in English language: speaking and writing
- Have a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Willing to learn and develop professionally
Training will be provided.
