As part of our continuing expansion, Invacare is seeking an experienced **IT Contracts** **Coordinator** to join the team.

The role will co-ordinate all Global IT Contracts, to ensure the appropriate terms and conditions, cost requirements and legal considerations are regularly tracked, monitored and adhered to, throughout the duration of each contract.

The Coordinator will have responsibility for tracking and coordinating agreements from approval through to termination, whilst facilitating the ongoing management and administration of each contract.

You will be working extensively with our in-house legal and finance teams, and alongside a team of IT associates, where you will support the management of IT contracts and requisite financial considerations (i.e. budgeting and invoicing etc.) ensuring alignment with the global IT plan.

For success in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrable expertise in contract management, together with the financial understanding of invoice processing, and a track record of experience in a global organisation
- Proficiency in utilising desktop software packages to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.
- A keen understanding of legal and contractual terms, allowing for effective negotiation, cost control and compliance.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrating high levels of initiative, and exceptional organisational skills.
- Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks concurrently, in high-pressure situations.

**Salary & Benefits**:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including**:

- Salary ranges from £24,000 - £30,000 (FTE)
- Holidays, 27 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time roles)

**Working Hours**:
It is envisaged that the position will require a maximum of 20 hours pw, (generally working on a Monday to Friday basis). However, we anticipate a degree of flexibility with regard to working patterns and as such, it may be possible to fulfil this working commitment either on a hybrid or potentially on a remote basis, with the occasional need to attend head office for regular and scheduled meetings.
