Overview
- People Services is a part of MasterCard’s Global Business Services Center (GBSC) HR shared service center and is responsible for ensuring support in resolving employee’s HR inquiries and supporting HR programs and processes on a global basis.
- The organization has team members in several locations throughout the world to provide superior customer service to our employees and align with time zones and language differences.

Please be aware this is a 12 month FTC.

Role
- Ensure new hires across the region have the Right to Work prior to DAY 1.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate and lead annual compliance projects.
- Ensure audit compliance through transaction processing and approval flows, as well as managing. confidential data in a professional manner and according to statutory regulations.
- Setup, owe, document and lead Right to Work related processes.
- Participation in various related projects.

All About You
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a HR Shared Service center, with proficient working relationships and providing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously acquired through previous experience in a related field.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management, ownership and organizational skills.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Similar experience is a plus.
