We’re looking for an organised and customer-centric individual to take on this key role in the Clinical Services Team. This is a part-time vacancy (28 hours per week) reporting into the Quality Programme Lead.

In the role, you’ll be responsible for administering the Denplan Quality Programme, providing a great service to our member practices, as well as additional administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Achieving service level agreements to hit key performance indicators, through effective management of your allocated workflow
- Providing exceptional standards of customer service across all channels to member and non-member dentists, identifying and driving continuous process improvement to achieve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining relationships within Clinical Services and with other key connections, such as Risk, Denplan Practice Advisors etc.
- Achieving high results in regular audits/monitoring following agreed guidelines to ensure you are compliant with external regulations and internal processes.
- In line with current operational timescales and guidelines, taking ownership of informally resolving complaints, escalating to the Quality Programme Lead or Clinical Quality Complaints & Risk Manager where necessary.
- Working closely with Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Risk Co-ordinators to progress cases ensuring customer service standards are met and clinical policies are adhered to within the practice.
