**The Role**

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and pro-active individual to join our London office to support one of our busy PAs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied Reception, Admin and Customer Service experience in a lively and challenging role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing ad-hoc office-based support to one of our busy PAs, which may include, but is not limited to
- Entering diary appointments
- Dealing with ad-hoc tasks such as populating data onto client management system
- Support with sorting through daily incoming mail and deliveries
- Scanning in post to relevant PA or member of staff
- Support with organising post and packages
- Printing and scanning
- Posting letters and/or packages
- Support with Companies House submissions
- Assist with office errands such as coffee runs, post office/bank visits (etc.) as required.
- Reception cover during annual leave and sick leave

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A natural team player in addition to the ability to work on own initiative

**Your Experience**
- Grade B or above in GCSE English and grade C or above in GCSE in Maths
- 1-2 years of office admin experience or similar experience would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of IT systems, especially Office 365
- Reception based experienced beneficial but not essential
- Studied a Business Administration or Secretarial course beneficial but not essential

**Additional Information**
- Permanent
- Hours: 9.30am 5.30pm (some flexibility required to cover Reception)
- This is substantially an office-based role with some flexibility if agreed in advance
