**Contact Centre Trainer**

**Location**: Newcastle with travel

**Full Time**

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri. Flexibility to travel is a requirement for this role.

**Salary**: £25,000 pa + £2,500 pa Performance Bonus

**Holidays**: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service

This role is suited to an experienced customer centric professional, with a passion for Training. Your role will be to deliver training to new joiners through their induction into the business as well as developing existing staff, through refresher training, upskills etc. You will be part of a team of like-minded, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals who are all working towards the same goal. If you can embrace change, use your initiative and are ready to develop your own skill set, this is the role for you

**The Role of an Operations Trainer is to**:

- Deliver customer centric, technical, field service, alarm handling trainings striving to set the standard of operational excellence and improving soft skills and leadership skills.
- Assist Training Manager to scope and define requirements for new bespoke training.
- Conduct departmental wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Assist with the design of training materials and support documentation

**Requirements for an Operations Trainer**:

- Experience of delivering training, ideally in a call centre and/or Field environment
- Have a creative approach to delivering effective training/development solutions
- Practical knowledge of using MS Office and SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Team player, able to collaborate and share knowledge, experience and best practice
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to independently work and manage own workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - and the ability to liaise with people at all level
- High attention to detail and a quality focus
- High standards of written and spoken English.
- Strong work ethic, with high personal and professional standards
