**Pastoral Officer - North London - Secondary School - ASAP Start**

A successful West London Secondary School are seeking a Pastoral Officer to join their team. This is a full-time roe working 35 hours week. The successful pastoral officer should be available ASAP and have previous school experience.

**About the role**:
The school are looking for a Pastoral Officer who will be the link between school and home, supporting children and their families through difficult periods. Fundamentally, their role is to remove barriers for the most vulnerable children to enable them to access their education, without being disadvantaged in relation to their peers. The pastoral Officer will ensure effective communication with parents, creating and maintaining positive relationships which support the best interests of the child. The Pastoral Officer will encourage and support vulnerable young people by raising their self
- esteem, aspirations and outcomes

Pinnacle Learning Compliance Requirements:

- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure,
- 2x professional references
- CV covering 10 year employment or education history and all employment breaks must be explained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
