**Reports to**:
Accounts Manager

**Main Purpose of Role**:
To assist in the day to day running of all client and office related financial matters of Strata and trading divisions.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Completion of all types of financial transactions and billing for client related matters, ensuring that all such transactions comply with The SRA Accounts Rules 2019 including but not limited to: daily processing of receipts, payments, bank transfers, journals and bills;
- Assist in the proper and timely reconciliation of all bank accounts, both client and office;
- Assist in the dealing of all administrative duties, whilst ensuring that all Strata’s quality and other procedures are complied with in respect of those matters;
- Ensure that all financial documents, vouchers and any other financial records are properly filed and kept secure;
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all SSL’s and clients’ documentation/information;
- Carry out any other duties that are in keeping with the role
