The role includes;
- Working on Sage accounting system
- Sales order processing
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Ordering goods
- Arranging daily courier collections and deliveries.
- Arranging deliveries and booking in with customers
- Liaising with production managers regarding enquiries and lead times
- Producing despatch notes and invoices on the system
- Customer Care, handling all enquiries.
- Working to deadlines.
- Data entry
- Answering incoming calls.
- General administrating duties direct for the managing director including typing up letters, photocopying and scanning.
- Holiday cover for other admin staff.

Based in New Mills, Birch Vale SK22 1AH
