**Head of Operations | Central London | Full Time | £75,000-£85,000**

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in setting the strategic vision for operational excellence and client satisfaction.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Previous experience as Operational Lead in the cleaning industry
- Ability to manage and implement strategic change
- Genuine passion for sustainability and the environment
- Flexible with a 'can do' attitude
- Enthusiastic, positive, and motivational
- High level of integrity and transparency
- Proficient in technology and experienced in budget management
- Excellent team and people management skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously

**What will your role look like?**
- **Leadership and Strategy**: Demonstrate the company’s values, drive a culture of customer excellence, and develop strategic objectives in line with the Managing Director
- **Service Delivery**: Oversee the "Pursuit of Excellence" approach, ensure efficient communication with clients, and drive strategic transformation in service delivery
- **Finance**: Manage contracts, oversee budgets, and identify ways to improve profitability and business growth
- **Staff Management**: Line manage key team members, monitor performance, and contribute to recruitment and staff development
- **Quality and H&S Compliance**: Implement and maintain SOPs, and QMS, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Drive sustainability initiatives and keep registers up to date
- **Travel**: The role will require frequent travelling within central London to visit clients and teams/sites
