Business Support Administrator

The role offers a fantastic package, with a basic of £26,000, bonus structure, medical, option to purchase additional holidays and much more. The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am-515pm, hybrid working is considered.
- A strong understanding of excel to include intermediate functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups and similar
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Numerate with analytical ability
- Practical problem-solving ability
- Proactive, flexible, can do attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Proven track record as an Administrator
Desirable
- Previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry
- Role responsibilities will include:
- To process and payout new business on the lease management system.
- To check all finance documentation to ensure fully compliance with current legislation and credit policies
- Checking pricing and using excel models to report the returns on individual financial transaction
- To help support the team with additional tasks as required to maintain the smooth running of the office
- Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency
- To ensure prompt and professional answering of the phone
- Scanning & filling of documents
