Banking Operations Administrator - £20-£24K - Liverpool/Hybrid

New opening with our Investment Banking client in Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. The salary range is £20-£24K plus benefits.

You will be coming into a team that has seen considerable growth recently and they are now looking to add more administrators to assist with their asset servicing activities.

The department is responsible for all corporate action event types across all markets and deals with global custodians and registrars. The department has 4 key teams - Event Capture, Event Processing, Dividends and Market Claims.

Role Description
- Capture of data from various data providers
- Working to tight deadlines (determined by the market)
- Analysing data to ensure accurate processing of transactions
- Utilising multiple bespoke systems to input and extract data

**Required Skills**:

- Strong Excel skills (to include use of formulas)
- Must have a high level of attention detail and be able evidence past experience of identifying and correcting errors in a process/procedure
- Experience of working to short deadlines
- Highly numerate
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to managing own deadlines and workloads

Desirable
- Experience of using non Microsoft systems (including employer bespoke systems) desirable
- Experience of reconciling data
- Experience of using workflow systems where diary notes are required
- Financial Services experience

Whilst Financial Services experience is a huge benefit, this is not essential. The bank is keen to engage with strong administrators experienced with MS Excel and comfortable dealing with high volumes of data.
