**Description**

The key responsibilities for this Operations Support Administrator role will be:

- Reviewing and checking all documentation relating to Account Opening for multiple offices
- Creation of new client packs
- Initiation of Account Opening requests within SLA
- Checking of initiated Account Amendments
- Scanning of documentation to support account opening / further amendment requests
- Running various reports
- Ad hoc administration

**Profile**

The successful Operations Support Administrator will require:

- Strong administration skill set
- Previous experience within financial services would be advantageous
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Problem solving
- Great organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise
