If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional support to our sales force, we want to hear from you This person will already have an interest in IT and reporting, with good experience using MS Office as well as strong communication skills. This opportunity would suit someone who is interested in pursuing a career in administration. Experience in the energy industry would be helpful but is not essential.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage and update customer records and information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments to facilitate seamless sales processes.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and meetings.
  • Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong exam results at GCSE, with good computer literacy skills and English language skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and respond well under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, co-operative and a strong team player.
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, O365 and MS Teams / Zoom.
