**Salary**: £24000-£26000 plus very good company benefits

We are really pleased to be assisting our professional, reputable and friendly client as they seek to recruit an office / operations administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a very stable and secure companyon a local level.

**The role**:
The office / operations administrators responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling engineers, keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and client records and providing administrative support as needed. To be successful in this roleyou should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, you should be highly organised and enjoy working in a busy office environment.

**Responsibilities and duties**:
Answering phones and responding to client requests and enquiries.

Scheduling engineers and subcontractors work.

Ordering materials.

Maintaining client records on the system. (Full training provided)

Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.

**Experience and competencies required**:
Previous office admin experience

Good organisational and administrative skills.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good computer skills.

Ability to multitask.
