Hansa Lodge in Rainham is a 5 bed residential service providing outcome focused care for women with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support within the service.
You’ll be working 2 days/10 hours a week in a residential setting, days and times can be flexible.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, be flexible and prioritise workloads. A proven track record in organising, multi-tasking and experience of working in a demanding and busy administrative function is essential.
**Your day-to-day...**
- Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
- Processing payroll
- Managing the recruitment process and setting up personnel files
- Arrangement of meetings including taking and typing minutes; producing letters, reports and other documents.
- Greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
- Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the Service runs smoothly
**You are...**
- An administrator ideally with experience in health care
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
