**Duties**:

- Manging incoming customer enquiries and requests. - Managing the daily schedule of our tutors.
- Managing communications between tutors and clients.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Assisting with screening of new potential employees. - Managing new employee induction and onboarding process.
- Assisting with general administrative support to the team as needed. - Assisting with payroll and bookkeeping tasks when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.30-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
