About The Role

Our service centres play a pivotal role in the success of our business and are responsible for ensuring that we deliver potentially lifesaving medicines to an extensive network of local customers on a twice daily basis. This is a vital and varied role to support in the effective and accurate maintenance of the Service Centre Inventory System; assisting in the audit of all inventory related tasks / functions ensuring the correct procedures are followed. You should also adhere to all health and safety guidelines and maintain good housekeeping practices Inventory Stock Counting Inventory Stock Count Input - including report generation / population (if applicable) Reserve Validation Available Slot Check Zero BOH Check Stock Variance Investigation (if applicable) Expiry Check Warehouse Recall Falsified Product Checking Maintain a clear and transparent filing system both physical and electronic including periodic archiving of data ensuring compliance to EUGDP defined document retention periods and disposal criteria. Ensure strict compliance with financial deadlines. Support of Bought Ledger Clerk functions in absence. Resolve where possible all queries within 24 hours of reporting, communicate status without fail of an investigation within 24 hours of reporting. Maintain a clear and transparent filing system both physical and electronic including periodic archiving of data ensuring compliance to EUGDP defined document retention periods and disposal criteria. Ensure strict compliance with financial deadlines. Support of Bought Ledger Clerk functions in absence. Resolve where possible all queries within 24 hours of reporting, communicate status without fail of an investigation within 24 hours of reporting.

About You

***

You will have previous experience of working in a warehouse environment and work in a tidy and methodical manner. You should be flexible and adaptable on your approach to your work and tasks and embarking them with a positive attitude.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and have intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.

Due to the nature of the position, you will need to be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
