We are offering a office reception position to provide a wide range of front of house duties including dealing with all visitors to the premises, handling telephone inquiries, incoming mail and inputting data relating to post.

The Role
- Monday to Friday 8.00am -5.00pm (1 Hour Lunch break)
- Welcome visitors to the office ensuring signing procedures are adhered to ensure the security of the office
- Manage meeting room bookings in outlook
- Checking meeting rooms are clean and stocked ready for office events
- Arrange and manage catering and refreshments requirements for meetings and office events.
- Dealing with telephone enquirers
- Processing high levels of incoming mail and distributing electronically scanning and indexing accurately.
- Ensure Health & Safety is given no one priority to all tasks completed and working environment.

Required for the Role
- Experience working in a reception
- Experience in data entry
- Proficient user of Outlook Calendar
- Customer Focused
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Able to Multi-task
- Confident and flexible manner
- Contributes effective working within a team environment
