**About Us**:
The HR Dept provides outsourced HR support to a range of businesses throughout the UK. Our clients operate in various business sectors including financial services, hospitality, technology, property, professional services and not for profit. We offer a full HR service offering with a major focus on employee relations issues (disciplines, grievances, redundancies), performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
**Role Purpose**:
We are looking for a **HR Client Success Manager and Documentation Consultant** who has a flair for building and maintaining relationships and enjoys creating and updating HR documents. In this role, you will be responsible for initial meetings with new and existing clients, preparing, and updating bespoke contracts of employment, policies and employee handbooks as well as acting as the Client Success Consultant for our clients to ensure we continually provide the best service and meet our client’s needs.
**Main Duties**:
- Meeting new clients with a HR Consultant to discuss updating their existing contracts and documentation or creation of new documents.
- Carrying out review meetings with existing clients, either virtually or in person.
- Carrying out annual reviews of existing clients’ contracts and documentation, ensuring these are legally complaint and up to date.
- Supporting the HR Consultants with other documentation related duties as required, such as creation of bespoke specific policies.
- Uploading advice and documents to the CRM system
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a HR/Customer Service Admin role
- A good understanding and knowledge of employment law, specifically in relation to contracts, handbooks, policies, and HR documentation. (Preferably CIPD L3)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate with strong IT skills & able to prioritise your own workload effectively.
- Team player with a passion for customer service.
- Full UK Drivers Licence holder with own vehicle
