We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our established Service Centre. Your role within the team will be to assist our customers from across the UK and Ireland to ensure they are receiving the best service, have full knowledge of our product range and help grow our business.

**What you’ll do**:

- Providing product advice to customers
- Maintaining a close working relationship with customers and colleagues across all departments
- Working with Oracle software and our website platforms
- Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner to ensure goods are shipped efficiently.
- Confident at working to set deadlines.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum experience - 3 years’ contact centre / customer service role.
- Education - A Levels or equivalent.
- Professional personal manner and committed to providing first class customer service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention detail.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and be comfortable achieving personal and team targets.
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft programs.
- Working hours: Monday
- Friday 8:00-4:30pm.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
