Our client is a specialist professional services provider based in the heart of Stoke on Trent. They are looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy reception due to internal promotion within the business They are seeking a confident and proactiveindividual with exceptional communication skills.
**Job Description**:
Reception based duties
- As the Administrator/Receptionist you will be taking and directing calls, via a switchboard
- You will also be responsible for greeting and signing visitors in, in line with security-based procedures, and ensuring the relevant member of staff is informed
- The Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for diary management and maintaining Reception based presence
- Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude
Administration based duties
- The Administrator/Receptionist will aid the admin team in formatting CVs in line with the company's policies
- Produce letters, reports, etc. using Microsoft packages
- The Administrator/Receptionist will conduct general office duties such as filing and processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
- Ensuring the bespoke in-house system is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Supporting other departments if needed
- At least one year experience of working in a similar role
- Experience in using a switchboard is desirable
- A typing or Word Processing qualification / NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience with MS Office - in particular Word and Excel
- Professional and friendly approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Discretion in the handling of confidential information
- Excellent telephone/communication skills
- A full Driving License would be beneficial
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

**Salary**: £ 21,000 - £ 23,000 DOE Per Annum
