**Technical Customer Lead**
**Location: Blended/UK (Customer site)**

**Hours: 37.5 per week**

Our network operations teams ensure our customers remain connected to their Vodafone services 24/7, constantly monitoring and enhancing network performance. Be part of Vodafone UK Technology Operations, the team that uses the latest technology and analytics to constantly improve customer experience.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be the Technical Champion for the nominated customer - representing the customer’s interests internally within Vodafone and supporting Sales and Service Management in customer delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Technical Consultant -Technical expert with detailed customer knowledge who understands the in-life services, solution and infrastructure involved in Vodafone’s delivery of services.
- Providing technical consultancy to internal Vodafone stakeholders and the customer in real or lapse-time.
- Technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of services taken by the nominated customer, assisting with operational readiness, integration and support.
- Drive service enhancements/improvements through proactive and pre-emptive activity across service and product lifecycles.
- Work with the Customer and Service/Account Managers, providing technical in-life expertise to assist Sell discussions.
- Work with the Customer, their Stakeholder and Service/Account Managers to support the build phase of delivery, focusing on service on boarding and impacts to pre-existing services.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a 2nd/3rd Line Support function.
- Experience in networking technologies, Cisco and Voice products.
- Previous customer facing experience.
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge within their primary technology field.

5 Years mínimal within the UK.
