**This role may appeal to existing care co-ordinators who are perhaps looking for a change or to care supervisors or senior care assistants who have a Health and Social Care qualification and at least 12-months solid experience in Domiciliary/Home Care.**

**The role and your responsibilities**:
To take joint responsibility for the provision of care in your allocated locality. Monitor community care workers & carry out supervisions & appraisals. Liaise with other professionals involved in the service users care. To support and / or be included in the On-Call service during out of hours.

The majority of your time will be spent in the office creating rotas for care staff. This involves making decisions about how to best use care staff's time in order to ensure that staff travel time is kept to a minimum and clients receive continuity in their care.

To be responsible for ensuring that all staff have received the training that they need in order to carry out their duties safely. You will also work with the management team in recruitment and will let them know when additional staff are required to meet the needs of service users.
