**About The Role**
**We have a position for a HR Advisor or Consultant to join our Eagle HR team.
Eagle HR is a growing HR Consultancy providing corporate and commercial advice to hundreds of businesses nationwide. Based in Worcester our consultancy was conceived from Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Employment Team and launched in 2012.
We are a close-knit team of talented professionals who are passionate about supporting businesses with all their HR needs. We provide timely, pertinent advice and guidance working with businesses to support their people strategy. Supporting businesses across a variety of sectors and geographical locations we currently work within the South West as well as further afield in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
The work is varied and will include working on small and large projects for some high calibre clients, including FTSE 100 companies as well as SMEs. This is an unrivalled opportunity to develop further expertise in employee relations and work with a fantastic and supportive team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Producing a variety of resources including generalist documents (contracts, company handbooks, policies and processes) as well as training materials, on boarding programmes etc.
- Providing up to date ER advice and guidance over the phone/face to face including conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations.
- Providing advice and support for strategic projects including restructures, TUPE transfers etc.
- Providing people management training, HR updates
- Managing client accounts and conducting yearly service reviews/ agreements
- Participating in networking and sales activity
**About You**
**- CIPD level 5 qualified
- Previous HR experience is beneficial
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Sound business acumen
- The role requires frequent travel for client visits which may include early starts/late finishes and overnight stays
- You must have a full driving license and access to your own car
