**£42,000 to £50,000 Plus Car, Bens & annual bonus**

Our client is a leading provider of Telematics, control systems and software solutions designed to protect assets within the public sector. With over 50 years’ experience in the industry, our client has built a solid reputation for improving efficiency andultimately, increasing profit for their wide range of customers. As a result of their continued success, we have been tasked with searching for a National Sales Manager to join their team and assist in driving the organisation forward

The role is a multi-faceted, customer facing position that requires a high level of self-motivation, ability to route plan and a drive for achieving sales targets, and exceeding these where possible.
- The customer visit planning will include **at least**one night away from home per week to allow multiple visits to outlying regions to achieve the 3x visits per day Monday to Thursday.
- 3x visits per day - Monday to Thursday.
- Fridays are reserved for trip planning and administration duties.

**What we are looking for**:
It is likely that you are an experienced Account Management leader from the technology industry with a background in increasing client spend within large accounts.
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience in Software SaaS, telematics or technology.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Target driven; ability to work towards sales and KPI targets.
- Excellent commercial and business acumen.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end users.
- Superior oral, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially effective listening and customer orientation mastery.
- Adaptable and responsive to innovation and change, identifying areas for improvement, to support business success.
- Organized, detail and task oriented; excellent follow-up skills

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with existing client base.
- Research and identification of possible new accounts.
- Book own appointments and plan visit routes.
- Demonstration of product range.
- Project based sales approach.
- Liaise with Internal Sales Team for quotation generation / information requests.
- Completion of visit reports via CRM.
- Work within the sales team and ability to work individually.
- Role requires to work away from home periodically.
